Warranty and Repair

Warranty

All garments will be made with strong standard of stitching to make them last longer.

All ready-to-wear garments will be mostly made from deadstock, surplus or recycled fabrics.

All made-to-measure garments will have a deadstock, surplus or recycled fabric component to it.

All garments will be provided with some extra components that can be used for quick repairs e.g. extra buttons and threads, extra zip etc.

Repair

• All repairs are free of charge and is subject to the below terms and conditions. Please note that repairs are not alterations (size change). 

• All repairs will be assessed and treated individually. 

• All fabrics and materials that will be used in the repair will be subject to availability. Please note that I am a small business and I do not order big amounts of fabric and resources.

• Customers will be advised of all possible repair solutions. E.g. A hole in the fabric maybe resolved with a part replacement or a patch.

• In the event that the repair is not best option for the condition of the damage, the customer can opt to remake the garment in a different fabric. This is a new work and a new garment so customer will be charged 40% less of the original price.

• Shipping the garment to and from my workshop will be the customer´s responsibility. Please note that I am a small business and the repair is free of charge.

Recycling and Upcycling

• Customer  can choose to recycle the garment and have it remade into something else. There will be labour costs involved in this.

• I am also open to recycling and/or upcycling other garments (different brand/made by a different designer). There will be labour costs involved in this.
